Client Requirements
Our client was missing out on business in Pudsey because they did not have a Pudsey address, meaning they weren’t getting found on Google. To combat this, they wanted to open a Pudsey branch. They found an old unit on the High Street, previously a bridal shop, and instructed us to turn it into offices within three weeks.
Solution
We worked with the client to plan a layout that was both functional and in keeping with their brand, then we created 3D visualisations to work from. The project was on a tight deadline but we were able to deliver on time.
Fit-out works included drylining and plastering, fit-out of kitchenette and internal office and installation of power, data and new LED lighting. We also sourced feature furniture including sofa and scatter cushions embroidered with the client’s logo.
The client was extremely pleased with the result and provided the following feedback; “From the initial conversations, to the 3D visual drawings, right through the process to completion, I was kept fully informed, the job was completed ahead of schedule and everything was perfect.
