Client Requirements
Ward & Burke approached Talbutt Interiors to deliver a full refurbishment of their new premises. We were tasked with designing and transforming the first floor into a fully functional and stylish workspace.
Solution
Working closely with our architect, we created a tailored space planning and design package that reflected both the functional needs and brand identity of Ward & Burke.
Once the plans were signed off, we got to work on the build. Multiple new meeting rooms were formed using a mix of solid and glass walls, designed to balance privacy with natural light.
A full furniture installation followed, including desks, storage, and bespoke joinery. Feature flooring was laid throughout, with acoustic baffles and eye-catching lighting to enhance comfort and style.
The reception area became a focal point of the office, featuring a bespoke-built prize piece reception desk with panel wall details and custom-made LED wall signage. LED lights were also integrated within the wall panelling and reception desk, all designed to work together when switched on. The space was completed with soft seating, coffee tables, and two private phone booths, along with a bank of lockers for staff use.
A modern kitchen was installed, fitted with built-in appliances, a quartz worktop, a breakfast bar, breakout furniture, and feature lighting. The exposed ceiling was sprayed for a clean industrial finish, complemented by detailed wall panelling for added visual interest.
The male and female bathrooms were completely refurbished with a bright, fresh look and contrasting cubicle finishes—designed to be both practical and modern.
With thoughtful design, quality finishes, and seamless delivery, the result was a professional, welcoming, and vibrant new working environment for Ward & Burke.
